Starting the food recording with a new week

Sunday's intake

breakfast- 
1 banana
1 serving cheerios (with 1 cup skim milk)
2 multigrain waffles

lunch-
2 slices turkey on a croissant with 1 cup of lettuce and cucumbers
1 handful of chips with dip 

snack- handful of animal crackers, 1 banana

dinner- 
1 cup mac and cheese (whole grain)
1 cup peas
1 apple
1/2 cup grapes

This is not my typical Sunday meal.  I don't normally have carbs at lunch or chips.  I was at a meeting and it was either the turkey or chicken salad and since I can't have celery I couldn't have the chicken salad.  

I have also had 60.7 oz. of water (so far- I have another bottle to drink)

Sounds like a good day in food. How many cals is that? What kind of multigrain waffles do you get? I tried the Special K ones and I didn't like them.

I don't know the calories- I didn't figure them- that's next on my list of things to do- right now I want to work on recording them. The multigrain waffles are kroger brand and they have 200 calories/2 waffles
