And, according to Sparkpeople I had 1,665 calories (which was 25 over), 266 carbs (16 over). Again- not a typical day of eating (Today was an inservice day so we went out for lunch and went to Subway which meant I had both lunch and dinner taken care of. So, I'm going to try to do more tracking on Sparkpeople because it takes the guesswork out of it.

Monday
Well, I bought The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga this weekend and completed the first 30 minutes of it (level 1) before I went to work today. Then after school I completed Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and Level 1 of The Biggest Loser Boot Camp (I go back and forth between Level 1 and Level 2).

You can do it!
I STINK at counting calories! If I do it I am hyperfocused on food all day. I love running numbers in my head and I seriously obsess about calories all day if I count them. I am always impressed when someone can do that and stay ...not obsessed??? :) Good work.
