Not doing so well so far. But, I know that if I can get myself on track I can make a difference. I am looking forward to Friday and praying I get released to do some more exercise. I actually WANT to go to the gym and exercise and that's a huge plus!

I'm struggling too. A couple months ago I lost 10.5 pounds and then gained them right back ... and probably more (I don't really know ... I haven't been on the scale in over a week). I have family out of town right now so once they go home I need to get down to business. We leave for an Alaskan cruise in 4 weeks and I can't fit into my formal dresses from last year's cruise. So I HAVE to lose weight. I'm 20 pounds heavier than last summer. Ugggghh. I also haven't been to the gym in over 3 weeks. We can both do this if we set our minds to it !!!!!
