- Visited our school corporation wellness coach- I know I studied this and could probably do it on my own- but I haven't in 3 1/2 years. I needed the accountability.
- Ran twice and signed up for a free 30 day trial of Beachbody on demand (and if I find I use it I will extend it because for three months it's cheaper than one month at the gym.
- Made a simple goal to exercise a minimum of 2 days per week for now and to create a list of things to do to keep me from stress eating.
- Going to sign up for 2 April 5k's.
Not a lot- but it's a step- for me- if I am going to succeed on this journey then I have to take the baby steps.
(and I know this isn't long but I wanted to make an effort to blog this video and the thoughts that have been running through my head the last two weeks. I have a few more rattling around)
