I have no access to one (or any gym equipment for that matter since I'm poor so any running i do is outside), so I'm not much help there, although I've heard that people watch tv/movies or listen to audio books in addition to music to help the time go faster? Maybe one of those will help! And way to go finishing that race! I find indoor training incredibly boring but had the hankering to get on the bike so rode it for 1 1/2 hours inside last Friday.
